Unfortunately, once an order has been shipped, we can not cancel, update or amend it.
In the event you have made a mistake, the order will be dispatched and delivered to the address indicated on the order confirmation.
If you immediately notice that there is a mistake with your order and you contact us immediately, ideally via phone, we may be able to stop the errorneous from being processed and shipped out.
Please note, if your order is in transit, MUMSHOP will be unable to provide any refunds or credit until the product has been returned.
